Spacious and stylish
Our Grand Luxe rooms are generously sized and tastefully furnished with antique furniture, classical wall decoration, comfortable beds, modern sanitary fittings and a seating area with its own Nespresso machine and tea service.
View and private terrace
Four spacious Grand Luxe rooms are to be found in the villa, three of them with a view of the romantic gardens. The seven Grand Luxe rooms in the Coach House all have their own terrace. If you stay in one of the two Grand Luxe rooms in the Polish Cottage, then you stay literally in the Leuvenum woods.
DE LUXE ROOMS
Atmospheric, each with its own charm
All our De Luxe rooms offer a view of the surroundings: the woods or the extensive gardens. All are suffused with character and a warm atmosphere of their own. Antique furniture is combined with warm colours. In each De Luxe room is to be found a seating area with Nespresso machine and tea service. Of the De Luxe rooms five are to be found in the villa, four in the Coach House and two in the Polish Cottage.
COMFORT ROOMS
Comfortable and atmospheric
All Comfort rooms have their own style and are provided with a seating area with Nespresso machine and tea service … each space is stylishly appointed with an eye for detail.
In total there are 5 Comfort rooms: one in the Villa and four in the Lodge. This accommodation is to be found on the estate next to the stable block. The two rooms on the ground floor have an outdoor terrace.
ACCOMMODATION FOR HORSES
Boxes for guests’ horses
Het Roode Koper has its own stable block with seven boxes for guests’ horses. You can stable your horse here fully attended. The hotel is surrounded by kilometres of bridle paths. There are also routes through the woods and over the nearby moors for carriage driving.
Accommodation including hay, straw and feed: € 22,- per night.

The villa
In the stately villa, at the end of the driveway and situated on a rise, are to be found not only hotel rooms but also the restaurant, the Conversatiezaal (Lounge) and bar, both with fireplace, the Heerenkamer (Gentlemen’s Chamber) and several other stylish rooms.
The Coach House
Great trees border the very peacefully situated Coach House. Hotel rooms are to be found there, each provided with its own outdoor terrace. For business parties the Coach House provides a very exclusive meeting room, provided with all modern facilities.
The Polish Cottage
The Polish Cottage, immediately next to the villa, offers a view of the Leuvenum woods and the Leuvenum stream. Once the butler’s home, it is now luxury accommodation. The Polish cottage is eminently suited to be hired in its entirety for a family or a small party.
Lodge
In the Lodge, situated right next to the stable block, are to be found four Comfort rooms.

Relax and enjoy
A picnic in the garden. A round of tennis or a refreshing dip in the pool. Enjoy the peace on a bench in the sweet-smelling rose garden or set yourself up with a glass of wine next to the fireplace in one of our lounges. At Het Roode Koper you will find that everything is possible and nothing is mandatory; this is real enjoyment and classical hospitality.

A heated swimming pool is situated in the historical gardens. Round the pool is an extensive sun terrace with loungers where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine. Our pool is open during the summer months.
- High tea in the garden

Het Roode Koper’s gardens and the surrounding woods form a natural ambience for a stylish high tea. Advance reservation is required.
- Outside on the terrace

In good weather you can enjoy your lunch or dinner on our sun-drenched outdoor terrace. You can look out over the historical English gardens with the Leuvenum woods in the background.
- Indoors next to the fireplace

If the weather is inclement, you can set yourself up next to the fireplace in one of our lounges. You are bound to find a book to your taste in our bookcase.
- An adventure with the children

Together with the Nature Monuments Association, Het Roode Koper has developed an adventurous treasure hunt for children. In the woods the children do all kinds of enjoyable and instructive activities. Besides the map the children also receive a backpack with a magnifying glass pot to study creepy-crawlies and a set of info-cards to identify various types of plants and animals.

The nearby Nunspeet golf club has a course with 27 holes.
Walking in another world
The Leuvenum woods are a popular area for walking. Woods, moor, water and wilderness form a breath-taking decor. Way-marked walks of various lengths start from the hotel. A route map is available from reception. If you wish, you can discover the Levenum woods under the direction of a guide.

Inspiring surroundings
Centrally situated and close to the A1 and A28 Het Roode Koper offers you full facilities for a conference, seminar, brainstorming session or big event. The historic estate grounds offer possibilities for events for up to 500 guests. You can also hire the entire estate exclusively for a private meeting.
You have the choice of nine reception rooms, suitable for parties of up to 150 people. Each room has its own atmosphere and character. With an inspiring view over the tree-encircled landscaped gardens, or with an intimate character due to the presence of a fireplace. Everywhere on the estate you can take advantage of fast, wireless internet connection.
EXCLUSIVITY ON LOCATION
Business-like at top level
For business meetings at the top level you can isolate yourself completely in the very peacefully situated Coach House. The exclusive Van Limburg Stirum reception room, provided with all modern meeting facilities, is to be found on the ground floor. You have use of your own kitchen, a comfortable sitting area, a screened-off outdoor terrace and provisions for professional secretarial support. The presence of security personnel can also be arranged.
Stay of several days
In the tree-encircled Coach House are to be found seven Grand Luxe rooms and four De Luxe rooms, each with its own terrace. You can hire the whole Coach House for a multi-day private board or team meeting.
MEETING BREAKS
Relaxing between sessions?
On our estate the possibilities for a nice meeting break are endless. How about a border collie training, a falcon show or a nice walk through the Leuvenum woods escorted by the forester? Naturally, a break can be combined with lunch, aperitif or high tea in the woods
Furthermore activities are possible including a mini classic tour, a golf clinic, a helicopter dropping in combination with a GPS hike, a wine or champagne sampling and many more. Please ask for the possibilities at reception.
